2024 Camp Fees

Scouts save money on their cost of camp by selling Popcorn!
Units which had an average sale of $600 per youth, earn a special Super Saver rate that includes a $30 savings on the cost of camp plus a reduced-price camp t-shirt. In total, this is a $38 per Scout value!

Super Saver Rate $320
  • Registration/Payment must be received electronically by May 3, 2024.
  • Unit averaged $600/youth during 2023 popcorn sale based on # youth registered on 7/31/2023.
  • This rate is for entire units.  Individual Scouts do not qualify for this rate (if their average sale was $600 per sale).
  • Scouts and leaders may pre-order a t-shirt during registration for $10.00 and receive a free patch.
  • Only Twin Valley Council units qualify for this level.

Early Bird Rate $350

  • Registration/Payment must be received electronically by May 3, 2024.
  • Scout and leaders receive a free patch.
  • Scouts and leaders can pre-order a t-shirt during registration for only $18.00.
  • New Arrow of Light Scouts crossing over in Winter/Spring 2024 will qualify for this rate.

Regular Rate $380

• Payments received after May 3, 2024.
• Scouts and leaders will receive a free patch.

• T-shirts can be purchased in the trading post, if available, while supplies last for $25.00.

Leaders

• Leaders $135 for all Week or $35/day
• Additional $10 for part-time leaders if participating in steak fry on Thursday.
• Special Neckerchief Program for leaders that stay all week

 

Refund Policy
  • No refunds after May 3, 2024, deadline except in a limited number of circumstances where a partial refund may be granted.
  • All refunds are at the council’s discretion. Fees are transferable to another Scout in your unit who is replacing the youth no longer able to attend.
  • A partial refund may be granted if the registered participant has an illness preventing participation in the event and has a signed statement from a medical doctor or healthcare practitioner. The written statement from the doctor and a written request for a refund must be provided to the council within 7 days of the camp. – 75% refund
  • A partial refund may be granted in the event of the death of an immediate family member. The council will consider any other death, which may affect the participant, on a case-by-case basis. A written request for a refund must be provided to the council within 7 days of the event. – 75% refund.
  • A partial refund may be granted if the participant needs to attend summer school and those dates conflict with the event. A note from the school is required along with a written request for a refund within 7 days of the event. – 50% refund.
  • A full refund will be given upon submission of a positive COVID test within 5 days of when a Scout/Leader was to arrive at camp.
