Cedar Point Scout Camp

With woods and water, Cedar Point is a great place for Scouts to experience all that nature and Scouting offers. Camp for a day or for a week.

  • Polaris Lodge features a full kitchen, toilet, fireplace and heating. No bunk beds.
  • Wade Lodge features a full kitchen, toilet, fireplace and heating.  No bunk beds. 
  • Campsites with latrine and water nearby, fire ring, and picnic tables. Shower House with six toilets, six showers and handicapped toilet/shower.

Driving Directions to Cedar Point Scout Camp

Follow Hwy 15 south through Fairmont for about 11 miles. If you get to the Iowa border, you’ve gone too far! Turn around, and come back about 1/2 mile. Cedar Point Scout Camp is 1/2 mile west of Hwy15 on 200th Ave.

Reservations

Want To Make A Reservation At Cedar Point?

All reservations and payments are completed online. You no longer need to contact the Council office to make reservations, it can be done on your time at your convenience! All reservations require payment and payments can be made on line as part of the reservation process. Please have your debit/credit card or checking account information available to process your reservation.

Our reservation calendar runs from June 1st through May 31st.  We will open the next year’s calendar on May 1st each year. For example, right now we are accepting reservations from June 1, 2018 – May 31, 2019.  On May 1, 2019 we will open the next year’s calendar of June 1, 2019 – May 31, 2020.
