We always say, to a Cub Scout, shooting BB Guns, Sling Shots and Arrows is the best thing ever! It’s the most popular activity we offer and to some, the main reason they join Cub Scouts!
At this awesome event on Saturday, October 7th, youth will work on safety and skills for three shooting sport disciplines: Archery, BB Gun and Sling Shots. Please note due to National BSA policy those youth in kindergarten will not participate in BB Gun shooting. They will, however, shoot actual sling shots and archery equipment.
This is an afternoon the kids will remember for years! This event is open to 45 youth. Please use the waitlist as needed.
Open to all BSA registered youth and their friends not currently in Cub Scouts. All shooters must be at least in kindergarten. All shooters need to have a parent attend with them.
Each shooter will need to have a parent signed permission form. All persons on property, including adults, must have a health form.
Cost to attend this afternoon of fun is $20 per youth. Adults attend at no charge. 
What to Bring
- Your friend who wants to learn more about Cub Scouts!
- Health forms for everyone including adults
- Permission Form
- Sunscreen
- Closed toe shoes
- Dress for the weather – this event is held rain or shine!
- Scout uniform is not needed, please wear a Scouting t-shirt instead
- Water Bottle
- Parents may wish to bring lawn chair
