Twin Valley Council needs Range Officers!

To a Cub Scout, BB Guns, Archery and Sling Shots are some of the best memories of Scouting!  We need you to be part of the team to make these memories happen.

In order for Twin Valley Council to offer BB Gun, Archery or Sling Shots at any event, not just camp, we must have trained Range Officers running the shooting ranges.

This training will take place on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Cedar Point Scout Camp near Fairmont.  There is no cost to become a Range Officer and the training is valid for two years.  After you become trained, you’ll have the opportunity to practice your new knowledge helping to run ranges at the Cedar Point Shooting Sports event happening the same day from 1-4pm.

Please say you’ll be part of the team?

Registration is open until Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Dress for the weather as this training is held rain or shine.  All persons on camp property must have a BSA Health Form A/B
