Fall Conclave 2022 is coming faster than we think! It is the weekend of September 9-11, 2022, held at Norseland Scout Camp.
OA Members should arrive Friday evening with check in beginning at 5pm. Please arrive ready for the weekend. It will be filled with many memories and service. Appropriate clothing for the weather should be a priority. This includes work clothes, your field uniform, and a clean change of clothes. You should also pack your personal and camping gear, including tent, ground cloth, sleeping bag, rain gear and most importantly bug spray!
This is a camping only event. Each person on site must have a Health Form Parts A/B Health Form AB fillable updated 4-5-22
We will be having games and activities throughout the weekend, a service project on Saturday and LEC in the afternoon. Meals included are 3 on Saturday and Sunday breakfast. Please eat before you arrive on Friday.
Ordeal Candidates
Ordeal candidates need to be at Norseland by 6pm Friday evening. You should be ready with everything needed for your Ordeal. Please bring appropriate clothing for the expected weather. You will also need work clothes, your field uniform, and a clean change of clothes along with your personal items. Alson on your list should be rain gear, sleeping bag, ground cloth and bug spray.
Brotherhood Candidates
Brotherhood candidates need to be at Norseland no later than 7pm Friday evening. Please “Be Prepared” to do your Brotherhood conversion. You should bring with you appropriate clothing for the weather, including work clothes, your field uniform, and all of your personal items.
Vigil Candidates
Vigil candidates need to be at Norseland by 6pm Friday evening ready to do your Vigil ceremony. Please bring appropriate clothing for the weekend’s weather, including work clothes, and field uniform. You should also bring your personal gear.
Registration Fees
OA Members: Cost is $25 with a $5 discount if registered by Monday, September 5, 2022.
Ordeal Candidates: Cost is $45 with a $5 discount if registered by Monday, September 5, 2022
Brotherhood Candidates: Cost is $40 with a $5 discount if registered by Monday, September 5, 2022
Vigil Candidates: Cost is $30 with a $5 discount if registered by Monday, September 5, 2022.
Registration is open until Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
