Three evenings of fun at one low cost!
Twilight Camp is designed to introduce families to Cub Scout Summer Camp and outdoor adventures without having to spend the night camping. It also happens outside normal working hours.
Monday, July 27th: First Aid Night
Cubs will learn basic first aid skills including how to treat cuts, sprains, burns, stings, and breaks. Each Scout will make their own first aid kit. We will also have some cool craft for Cubs to complete.
Tuesday, July 28th: Hiking/Dutch Oven Cooking
Cubs will learn to cook yummy desserts in a Dutch Oven, go on a nature hike learning about various birds, animals and plants, then come back to sample their cooking experience.
Wednesday, July 29th: Games and Activities
Cubs will work on various electives from their handbooks through a round robin format
Cub Scout belt loops adventures that will be earned at least partially
Tigers: Tiger Bites
Wolves: Howling at the Moon, Paws on the Path, Running with the Pack
Bears: Bear Necessities and Fur, Feathers and Ferns
Webelos/AOL’s: First Responder and Webelos Walkabout
Cub Scouts are encouraged to attend camp with a parent. If the Pack goes as a group, standard two deep leadership policy applies. Tigers must have one on one leadership.
Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. each night with programming beginning at 6 p.m. Families should eat before arriving at camp. Each night the program ends at 8 p.m.
All participants at camp must have a BSA medical form, parts A&B completed, at camp. Also, all persons at the event are required to sign the Release of Liability form. Face masks are required.
Cost to attend all three nights of camp is $25 per Cub Scout. Adults attend at no cost.
Registration closes Sunday, July 19, 2020.
Siblings ages 5 and up are welcome to participate in camp activities at the $25 price.
