Scout Oath
On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight.

Scout Law
A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.

These are the values of Scouting that almost 2,000 youth and 750 adults stand up and pledge every week.  These are also the values that Phil, Duane, and John exemplify in their work, family, and community volunteerism.  It is also the qualities found in the Kiwanis Holiday Lights organization as they support local non-profits and bring tourism into Mankato.

Help us thank and congratulate these three people and one organization while supporting programs and services of the Twin Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America.
