NOAC 2009
If you're serious about going to NOAC, fill out the form below and send in the $100.00 to reserve your spot. At this time we have 15 slots. Those that register first will have their slot guarenteed. Those after that will need to wait until March 1st to see if they can get registered. I estimate that the total costs for registration will be around $200.00. Perhaps more, perhaps less. So print off the sign up sheet and send it in. Lets have a good contingent to NOAC.

LEC Meeting Minutes

Troop OA Reps
Does your troop have an OA Representative? Senior Patrol Leaders - it is your duty to choose an OA member from your troop to bring news from the chapter meeting to your troop meeting. If your troop does not have one, someone will be in contact with you.
PLEASE ATTEND YOUR MONTHLY CHAPTER MEETINGS!

Chapter meetings held monthly
Our OA Lodge has always been very strong. Just look at the number of scouts and leaders wearing the lodge pocket flap. YET attendance at each district OA chapter meeting is extremely low.
Leaders
Membership in the Order of the Arrow is much more than completing a weekend ordeal and wearing a patch. Your OA members need to be active. PLEASE encourage all youth OA members to attend the monthly chapter meetings held at Roundtable. Since you or a leader from your troop should attend each roundtable, offer to pickup your scouts and bring them along.
Every troop should have a scout who serves as their Order of the Arrow Troop Representative. This is an official position for scouts, and a position patch is available. This scout is responsible for attending the monthly chapter meeting and energizing other troop OA members to attend. He serves as the coordinator of all OA information from the lodge and chapter to his troop.
