Commissary Manager
The commissary manager is responsible to the business manager and is in charge of the food distribution for staff and campers.
Duties include:
- Box and serve foodstuffs, staples and menus to patrols at the times scheduled by the Camp Director.
- Inform Business Manager of order list prior to need.
- Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures and maintain proper storage of perishable foods.
- Keep up to date inventories and records.
- Keep commissary and surrounding areas clean, neat and up to state and federal regulations.
- Participate in all staff meetings, sharing ideas for the continual improvement of camp.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Camp Director.
