ORDER OF THE ARROW BROTHERHOOD BASH

Saturday, March 11 - Sunday, March 12, 2017

Oakland Lutheran Church near Hayward
$5.00 per person
$10 after March 7, 2017

 

All Arrowmen are invited to attend the 6th Annual Brotherhood Bash, hosted by the Cedar Valley Chapter of the OA.  This event will be held on Saturday, March 11th, beginning at 2 p.m. and ending Sunday morning, March 12th, around 9 a.m.  The event is at the Oakland Lutheran Church located near Hayward.  The Cedar Valley OA Chapter will also host an LEC meeting during this event.

The Brotherhood Bash will offer lots of fun, food and activities all for a reasonable price of $5 per person if registered by March 7, 2017.  This bash is also a "Bring A Friend" event.  If you know someone who is a registered Boy Scout but not yet in OA, please invite them to attend.  Early registration is not required but it's cheaper than at the door - $10 at the door.  This event is open to all current Order of the Arrow members and those attending just the LEC meeting are free.

Schedule of events

  • Saturday, March 11th
    • 2 p.m. Registration and gathering activities
    • 5 p.m. LEC meeting and dinner
    • 7 p.m. Service Project
    • 8 p.m. Board and non-electronic games; movies
    • 11 p.m. Cracker Barrel - open games and movies
    • Midnight  Quiet time, open games and movies
  • Sunday, March 12th
    • 7 a.m. Wake up
    • 7:30 a.m. Breakfast
    • 8 a.m. Clean up, pack up
    • 9 a.m. Go home

Menu will be Pigs in a Blanket for supper with various beverages.  Cracker Barrel will have ham, crackers, cheese, chips and beverages.  Breakfast will be quick with cereal, Pop Tarts, fruit, juice and milk.

You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages.  A kitchen with stoves, microwave, and refrigerator is available. 

If anyone is willing to bring their own Wii, TV, projector, DVD player, board games etc. along to add to our equipment, please let us know, we need some help with this.
