ORDER OF THE ARROW

SPRING CONCLAVE 2017

CUYUNA SCOUT CAMP

JUNE 16-18, 2017

$25 Conclave Fee

an additional $15 for transportation (if applicable)

 

Spring Conclave will be held at Cuyuna Scout Camp on June 16-18, 2017.  The check-in begins at noon on Friday and needs to be completed by 4 p.m.  Please make your plans accordingly.

Friday night supper through Sunday morning breakfast is included with your $25 fee.  Conclave ceremonies begin at 7p.m. Friday evening.  Online registration is open.  Registration closes Tuesday, June 13th.  After this date you may still attend but must contact Paul Taylor directly.

All participants should plan to  have their tent set up by 4 p.m.  This is important to keep the Conclave on schedule.

Projects for camp preparation will be Saturday beginning at 8 a.m.  Awards and ceremonies will be presented throughout the day.  

Please bring the following items:

  • Class A uniform
  • Work clothes
  • Work gloves
  • Rain Gear
  • Water Bottle
  • Sleeping Gear
  • Personal Items
  • Tarp
  • Tent
  • Other typical camp gear such as flashlight etc.

Transportation

Bus transportation is available during the registration process for an additional $15 fee. Space is limited so register early.

If you wish to ride the bus please be at the Center for Scouting at 10 a.m. Friday, June 16th and you will return to the same location about 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 18th.  The bus will also stop and drop off in New Ulm; HyVee parking lot at 10:30 a.m. on Friday returning Sunday at 1p.m.  You will select bus option during online registration process.  Space on the bus is limited to the first 25 people. 

Golden Ticket holder must pay an additional $15 for bus transportation.
