Rich Lackey:  Rich serves on the Twin Valley Council Program Committee, Council Training Committee and represents Southern Trails District during Council Commissioner meetings.  Rich is also the trainer for Archery Range Officers.  His latest adventure is to bring back Twin Valley Council's "Troop Leadership Training" (formerly called JLT).  Rich is on the Southern Trails District Eagle Scout Board, and is an active Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow.  Over the years, Rich has served on the program/planning/camping committee for Southern Trails and is the one who is behind the scene helping plan and execute events.  On a personal level, Rich is married to Sue who is his right hand and really supports his Scouting activities.  They are parents to Jeff (Eagle Scout), Toshia (military) and Stephanie.  Rich and Sue also have 5 grandsons with another on the way!

Phil Keithahn:  Phil has been Scoutmaster for Troop 59 in Gaylord since 2000.  Prior to that he was Cubmaster for Pack 59.  Phil serves on the Twin Valley Council Executive Board and has been the Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster for several National and World Scout Jamborees.  As a youth, Phil earned his Eagle Scout Rank, Religious Knot and Arrow of Light Award.  He is also a Brotherhood member of the OA.  Phil and Sue have two children, Brit (Eagle Scout) and Laurent.

Robert Sitzman: Robert's Scouting involvement began in 1994 when his oldest son joined Cub Scouts.  He took on the role of Den Leader and then moved on to become the Cubmaster.  All three of Robert's sons have been involved in Scouts.  As the boys grew and moved into Boy Scouts, Robert became active in the Troop eventually becoming Scoutmaster of Troop 55 in Truman.  Two of Roberts sons are Eagle Scouts.  Currently Robert and his wife, Faith, find themselves as Cubmasters for Pack 55 working to keep the Scouting program alive in a small town.  Over the years, they have had many fun times with their Scouting family.  Besides Scouting, Robert is active with St. Paul's church and school in Truman.  In his spare time he enjoys snowmobiling, motorcycles and any other outdoor activity.

To the Silver Beaver recipients and to all the volunteers of Twin Valley Council, the hours of dedication you provide to Scouting helps to enrich the lives of many youth.  We sincerely thank you!
