Commissary Staff

The Commissary Staff is directly responsible to the Business Manager.

Duties include:

  • Box and serve foodstuffs, staples, and menus to patrols at the times scheduled by the Camp Director.
  • Inform Business Manager of order list prior to need.
  • Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures and maintain proper storage of perishable foods.
  • Keep up to date inventories and records.
  • Keep commissary and surrounding area neat, organized, and sanitary to meet state/federal regulations.
  • Assist in the management of the commissary area including food prep and cleanup.
  • Assist troops as need in food and commissary needs.
  • Participate in all staff meetings, sharing ideas for the continual improvement of camp.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Camp Director or Business Manager.
